On October 26, 1988, the Hamilton Loan and Building Association become established. In September of 1974, the new building was constructed at the current location at 1035 Broadway St. Hamilton, IL. There have been many owners over the years. In July of 2000, First State Bank of Western Illinois purchased the Hamilton Illinois branch of Associated Banc-Corporation.

You can find First State open Monday through Saturday. Their lobby hours are as follows: Monday through Thursday 9:00 - 4:00, Friday 9:00 - 5:30, & Saturday 9:00 - 12:00. The drive-up hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 - 5:00, Friday 8:30 - 6:00, & Saturday 8:30 - 12:00.

The Hamilton branch of First State Bank has six great employees that bring a combined 73 years of banking experience to our customers.

Kevin Dietrich, from the Carthage branch is currently assisting with the lending operations. Stuart Froman will be their lending officer in the near future.
